1. How do I place an order with Purplepink?

You can start shopping by visiting at http://www.Purplepink.in, search for the products you desire. Click on ‘View Details’ underneath your choice of product in the search results page. This will take you to the product detail page, from where you can add the required number of items of the product to your checkout cart using the ‘ADD TO CART’ button.

 

2. Are the prices displayed on the website inclusive of Tax?

Yes, the prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT.

 

3. What are the payment options available?

We accept the payment through modes such as Net Banking, all major Credit Card, Debit Card and Cash on Delivery.

 

4. How will I know when is my order shipped?

Information regarding the order, along with courier details will be sent to your registered mobile and email.

 

5. Can I open the package at the time of delivery and select products I want while making the payment to courier service for Cash on Delivery orders?

No. You cannot open the package or select products at the time of delivery while making the payment to courier service personnel. Please contact us at  customercare@purplepink.in, should you face any issues with your order. Courier service personnel will not be able to help you with the same.
